“Value-Add” Events

Over the years I have done a number of “value-add” events for various companies and groups on behalf of their members, clients, and customers. These have usually been for entities such as mortgage and title companies on behalf of the real estate agents that bring them business, or for insurance agents/agencies and financial planners/firms on behalf of their top 20 or so clients. But some have been other entities on behalf of other favored parties as a “thank you” for their business such as banks, security companies and even Chambers of Commerce.

In today’s world where personal safety and security is such a hot topic
, it makes such training events truly a “value-add” event that is both timely and relevant.

Often such events can be “leveraged” for marketing purposes as well,
meaning there is a way to not only say “thank you” to existing clients, but “welcome” to new prospective clients. We help you in that process as well, should there be an interest.

Employees are concerned about their safety on “AND” off-the-clock
, parents are concerned about their student’s safety on “AND” off-campus, companies are concerned about their liability for employees who are internal “AND” external, so why not be proactive and get ahead of the stories and tragedies we so often see in the news? Peace of mind goes a long way towards increased productivity.

And for those businesses REALLY thinking ahead,
we also offer evening programs for the family members (spouses and teens) of employees following our company training programs. Now you’re REALLY talking about a “value-add” for your people!

We know our Trouble Spotters already bring value,
but with our approach you can easily turn these into a “value-add” as well.
